Full day -Room Hire $500
*Discounts can apply for multiple or regular bookings.

Capacity

Venue capacity depends largely on the furniture configuration of the room & your AV requirements.
As a guide –
80 pax theatre style (rows of chairs without tables)
60 pax banquet style (tables of 10)
30 pax classroom style (rows of tables with chairs on 1 side only)
30 pax small groups (5 x tables each with 6 chairs surrounding)
20 pax boardroom style (1 large table with chairs surrounding)
30 pax U shape

FAQ

Will I need to pay a Deposit?
$300 booking deposit is required for all Corporate Event bookings

How do I contact the Events Manager?
For other questions and to book please contact our events coordinator by e-mail (events@currumbinslsc.com.au) or submit and enquiry via the enquiry tab at the top of this webpage.

When will I receive confirmation?
You will be sent a booking confirmation via e-mail. You will then be e-mailed an invoice for your deposit ($300) which you can pay in person at the club or via internet banking. You will use the Invoice number as reference when paying online.

When do I make Payments?

Deposit – You will be invoiced $300. This is a non refundable deposit which is payable within 1 weeks of the invoice date otherwise the date will be forfeited. If you cancel your function you will forfeit your deposit.

2 weeks prior – You will be required to confirm the number of guests attending. You will be invoiced for the  balance of your room hire less your deposit ($300) and your catering and beverage selection.

Payments – any of day/night food, beverage and sundry expenses incurred during the function must be paid at the completion of the function by either cash or credit card (Diners & Amex are not accepted)
